Cameron is a flow control equipment and systems company, active in supplying drilling and pipeline operations on land and at sea. Cameron (until recently called Cooper-Cameron) is a major supplier of pipe and valve assemblies for offshore and sea floor environments, generating $5 billion in revenue, with 16,000 employees. Like many of the oil engineering companies based in Houston, most of the work they do is outside the United States.
