Evergreen Point Floating Bridge, Washington

Officially known as the Governor Albert D. Rosellini Bridge, Evergreen Point is the longest floating bridge in the USA at 15,580 feet—7,580 of which float. The bridge carries State Route 520 across Lake Washington from Seattle to Medina. A major bridge refurbishment/replacement project was begun in 2012, to address the numerous safety, ecological, and logistical issues which have arisen over its fifty year history.
