Kraft Foods Springfield Plant, Missouri

Kraft’s plant in Springfield, Missouri is the nation’s principal Kraft Macaroni and Cheese production center. It also makes Cheez Whiz, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Velveeta, and Kraft singles. It is supported by the big underground cheese vaults nearby, operated by the Springfield Underground warehouse and distribution center. One of a dozen major Kraft product plants around the country, this one is close to the middle of the USA, and serves both coasts.
