Veluzat Movie Ranch, California

This is a major independently owned movie ranch in southern California, surrounded by open space, north of the tract homes of Valencia. It has a Mexican/Spanish/European/Middle Eastern town, a Wild West town, a 1950's American town complete with diner and gas station, ranch houses, cabins, etc. Hundreds of productions have shot here. It is operated by members of the Veluzat family (who also own the Melody Ranch, an old west movie set in Santa Clarita). Another relative, Rene Veluzat, operated the Blue Cloud Movie Ranch, which is similar to this one, and located nearby, until its sale in 2015.
