American Computer and Robotics Museum, Montana

Founded in 1990, and located in Bozeman, Montana, this is said to be the oldest continuously operating computer museum in the nation, if not the world. It was originally planned for Princeton, New Jersey, but its founders moved to Bozeman. Covers more than 4,000 years of history and evolution of computers, robotics, artificial intelligence, and social networking, according to its brochure, which also cites none other than Harvard’s E.O. Wilson claiming it to be “inch for inch the best museum in the world.”
