Dickeyville Grotto, Wisconsin

Dickeyville Grotto is a religious grotto in the middle of the small town of Dickeyville, in the southwest corner of Wisconsin. It is part of a garden with other sculptural features, called Holy Ghost Park, made in the 1920s by father Mathias Wernerus, who was the pastor of the Holy Ghost Church, which is on the grounds as well.  Wisconsin seems to have a higher than average number of well-preserved and elaborate catholic grottos, and self-built figurative concrete sculpture parks.
