Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant, Missouri
This is one of the largest automotive assembly plants in the country, with 4.7 million square feet. It opened in 1951, and over the years it has made Fairlanes, Fairmonts, Falcons, Mavericks, Zephyrs, Meteors, Comets, and, even for a while, Mazdas. It now makes F-150 pickups and Fort Transit vans. It is one of eight or so Ford Assembly plants in the USA.
