Grayling Air Gunnery Range
An air-to-ground training area covering 1,900 acres, with bomb circles, tactical targets, mostly made out of shipping containers and surplus military vehicles, a mock airfield, and strafing range. Parts of the range can be lighted for night operations. Located on the north end of Camp Grayling, in northern Michigan. With 147,000 acres of elaborate maneuver and ground forces training, Camp Grayling is the largest National Guard training site in the USA, and one of the largest Army bases east of the Mississippi.
