Green Bay Packaging Arkansas Mill, Arkansas

The Green Bay Packaging company plant in central Arkansas is a pulp and paper mill, producing containerboard for making boxes. The facility uses post-consumer paper and virgin wood, some of which comes from the company’s 250,000 acres of forest in the region. The company was founded in the meat-packing city of Green Bay, Wisconsin, where it operates its first paper mill, now producing containerboard from 100% post-consumer paper. In addition, the company has around 30 manufacturing locations making single wall and double wall boxes for commercial customers. The Arkansas plant is the company’s largest facility, and its only virgin pulp mill.
