A chemical plant owned and operated by Honeywell. Located along a petrochemical district on the southern end of the city of Orange, Texas, near Port Arthur. In 2008, the plant was badly damaged by Hurricane Ike, only to reopen in 2010, after a multi-million dollar rebuilding effort. DuPonts' Sabine River Works dominates this district.
