Kia Manufacturing Georgia Plant, Georgia

Kia’s assembly plant in West Point opened in 2009, and made the Santa Fe SUV, in partnership with Hyundai, whose sole USA plant is located 85 miles away in Alabama. Kia sells around 600,000 cars per year in USA, and this plant has made more than 3 million of them. It covers around 2.2 million square feet.
