McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma

An active Army ammunition manufacture, storage, disposal, and training installation in southeastern Oklahoma. The 45,000-acre installation has over 2,400 explosives magazines, of which around 70% are in use. Much of the operations from Illinois' Savanna Army Depot have moved here.
