Mount Carmel Center Branch Davidian Site, Texas

The 900 acre site of the Mount Carmel Center compound, where the Branch Davidian sect under the guidance of David Koresh, was brought to its fiery apocalypse in 1993, has a few homes and small church buildings on the site, as well as an old swimming pool, and some concrete pads. The remains of the original buildings were bulldozed soon after they burned to the ground.
