Navy Target 103, California

Target 103 is a bullseye-type target, used by local Navy and Marine Corps aircraft for machine gun strafing and practice bomb drops. It is one of four isolated 600-foot diameter targets, each with its own ground-space, but otherwise surrounded by public and private land in the Imperial Valley of Southern California. This one is off Payne Road, on the west side of the Imperial Valley.
