River Bend Nuclear Power Plant, Louisiana

The River Bend Nuclear Power Plant is on the Mississippi River, 20 miles upstream of Baton Rouge.  It has a single boiling water reactor, whose output capacity is 967MW.  Its operating license was granted in 1985, and is owned by Entergy Corporation.
