Robins Air Force Base, Georgia
Robins Air Force Base located near the geographical center of Georgia, is a heavily industrialized installation covering 8,970 acres, specializing in aircraft and weapons system maintenance. Home to the Air Force Materiel Command's Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, one of three large Air Force Air Logistics Centers in the country. Robins oversees the repairs on the Air Force's F-15 Eagle fighter, U-2 spy plane, C-130 Hercules, C-5 Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster III, assorted helicopters, as well as numerous missile delivery systems.
