Twin Rivers Arkansas Paper Mill, Arkansas
The Twin Rivers Arkansas Paper Mill primarily makes sack kraft paper, a type of unbleached paper used to make things like animal feed bags, bagged cement and chemicals, and shopping bags. It was purchased by the Twin Rivers Paper Company in 2018. Twin Rivers is based in Madawaska, Maine, where it operates a larger paper mill, fed by its pulp mill across the river, on the Canadian side of the international boundary. The company operates three other smaller paper mills in upstate New York., acquired from the Burrows Paper Company in 2016. The Pine Bluff Mill employs around 200 people, and is one of two paper mills around Pine Bluff.
