This three-wide lot, 75 feet by 100 feet, has a two-story structure in the rear that was constructed as an apartment house in the 1940s. The 25 by 50-foot building had three one-bedroom apartments, which were expanded into four in 1953. A small separate building fronting the road was used as a real estate office. In 1962, when the property was photographed for a real estate listing, the office was occupied by Johnny Rath Realty, the listing agent for the property. Today it is used for storage.
