This classic dingbat was built in 1964, and was being offered for sale as a new building in 1965, with 13 furnished apartments—all one-bedrooms or bachelor pads, some with only a 3/4 bathroom (meaning a shower, but no tub, presumably). Despite this high occupancy, there were only four garages, which seem too narrow to fit a car anyways. Today, as was likely the case then, the garages are used for storage. Little else has changed externally it seems since it was built, though the six ornamental lamps have changed from torch-style to lantern-style, and the paint scheme has been slightly altered.
