Two structures were built on this 5,100-square-foot corner lot in 1953: a small house with a two-bay garage, and a 20 by 20-foot square commercial building on the corner, labeled as a “hobby shop” in the real estate listing from 1962, and occupied by the Ven-Mar Sewing Room. A 1959 listing shows the same building as a real estate office for the realtor Clarence Wells, who built the structures, as well as occupied them. The recent photo shows a later stucco building has been built on the lot, occupied by the Buck Wild Art Gallery and art supply store, and the corner building occupied by an alien-themed cell phone store called Wasup Wireless, and a wifi security camera company called Space Command Satellite Company.
