The real estate listing from 1962 depicts and describes a Spanish-style single family home, built here in 1929, and later divided into three apartments, that rented for as little as $45/month, one block from the beach. The lot sold, and the house was demolished in 1964, replaced with a two-story apartment building. In 1990 that building was demolished and was replaced by the three-story apartment building that is there now, with rounded bay windows providing views of the beach.
