Then, as now, it is a duplex, with two separate addresses (305 and 307 Venice Boulevard). The new highly designed modernist private home next to it, which was built in 2018 and sold for $2.7 million, is typical of the upscale developments that are replacing many older structures along this end of Venice Boulevard, at a frequency that increases as the address numbers decrease, block by block, approaching the beach.
