Papoose Lake is just over the hill south of Groom Lake, inside “Area 51” of the Nellis Air Force Range. According to some people, Papoose is where the really secret stuff occurs. Maps and satellite views show very little signs of development or activity in the valley, which, of course, is what you would expect to see at a truly secret place.
