On the northeast side of Lafayette, the Anse La Butte dome houses Enterprise’s Anse La Butte Storage Terminal, with five cavities each holding around 1-2 million barrels of liquefied natural gas. Also here is Cargill Salt’s Breaux Bridge Plant, a solution-mined salt operation.
