The Center has had a presence at the old airbase in Wendover, on the edge of the salt flats and the Bonneville Basin, since 1996. This region is of national significance due to the variety of unusual, dramatic, and high-impact land uses that have been drawn to the area over the years.
The public is encouraged to visit and explore Wendover and its environs, much of which is accessible on public roads. Resources to help identify points of interest are below.
