Neal White works with The Office of Experiments, an independent research structure and arts practice that tests experimental forms of critical and cultural production, based in the UK. He began his residence in the spring of 2008, returning two years later to resume and complete his field work. While in Wendover, he worked on a number of projects, including a film shot at the Center’s Remote Location, and the construction and deployment of a research platform called the Field Utility Unit.
He has also collaborated with Ireland-based artist Tina O'Connell on a global newspaper exchange project, involving the Wendover Times and the Heidenheimer Zeitung, the local paper of Heidenheim, Germany.
