Bernd Behr is a German artist based in London, who came to Wendover in 2005 to work on a film about German Village on Dugway Proving Ground. He visited the site and built sets for the film in the Target Hall at Southbase. The film, House Without a Door, an expressionistic look at simulated architecture and war, premiered at High Desert Test Sites in June 2008, and was shown at CLUI Wendover in July 2008. It has since been shown at several museums in Europe.
