Brian Conley is an artist and researcher based in San Francisco. He is a cofounder of Cabinet Magazine and teaches at the California College of the Arts. He came to Wendover in 2006 to “zero-out,” and to conduct research for a project about video-gaming, landscape, and war. The first version of the project was shown in Las Vegas in 2007, as a miniature diorama at the Las Vegas Games Expo.
