Marget Long is a New York-based artist whose practice is centered around the physical experience and sensory politics of photographic technologies, now and in the past. During her time in Wendover in 2014 she researched the optical phenomenon of the mirage and worked on a number of interconnected projects about mirages, including installing a temporary mirage-viewing station on the Bonneville Salt Flats.
