Mark Klett, a photographer from Arizona, has visited Wendover several times on his own, staying at the CLUI. He has worked on a number of projects in the area, and in 2003, worked on a photographic book about the Enola Gay hangar, Wendover: The Half-Life of History, with the writer William L. Fox, which was published by Radius Books in 2011.
