Municipal Workshop is a creative on-site build/project team based in Colorado and the Midwest, that came to Wendover first in 2003, to assist Simparch with the creation of the Clean Livin’ project. Municipal Workshop supplied and modified a four wheeled bicycle rover with a 55 gallon drum to bring water to Southbase. They returned to Wendover in 2005 for an official residency to create a five-passenger pedal-powered tour vehicle version of the Autotour Wendover Touring Car, housed in a special garage next to the Northbase Unit.
