Olivia Robinson and Jesse Stiles, artists from upstate New York, were terranauts at Southbase for a number of months in 2005, the first to fully integrate with the new live-work space Clean Livin’, built by Simparch. While their mere existence there and patterns of living constituted a “piece of work,” they engaged with the environs in many creative ways as well. A sampling of their research projects was represented on an interactive touchscreen kiosk, installed in CLUI Wendover Exhibit Hall 2 for several years.
